Is mayonnaise an instrument?
No Patrick, mayonnaise is not an instrument.
(horseradish is not an instrument either.)
I’ve never read Catcher in the Rye.
Me either. I think I should give it a go.
What was your favorite book (or series of books) as a kid?
Grover and The Monster At the End Of This Book was (and is) my favorite children’s book. As for a series, I only really read Little House on the Prarie and a few of the Amelia Bedelia books. I was a total Archie comic book nerd for years too. I also started reading King books at probably…10?? And today I was reminded about the book In A Dark, Dark Room which I also loved. Oh, and Books by roald dahl!
Due to a horrible miscalculation in dates and math on my part, I am currently approximately negative $750 in my bank account. My rent is due this weekend. If anyone has any extra money they’d be willing to give me/let me borrow I would appreciate it. I need $716. Please keep me, my two pups and my guinea pig off the streets. You can send it via Paypal at amaized@gmail.com
(I didn’t know about this until late last night or I surely would not have gone to the movies or bought those cds/movies at Best Buy which are not returnable because I already opened them D=)
Some $$$ your way!
Didn’t know you had a formspring too…when you do dat? lol
lol, A while ago? I dunno when!
Apparently Jamie thinks I’d be played by Jake Gylenhaal. ^_^
And in case you didn’t know before, you know now: My name’s Keith. XD
This movie needs to be made, if only to see Jorma in drag XD
surprise! There’s a movie coming out about your life on twitter. Who plays the following: you, squoctobird, totallygay, squishy, and jansies?
ROFL.
Okay, so:
ME: Jorma Taccone in drag.
Melly: Grace Lee Whitney, complete with the Janice Rand hair-doo (with some blue weaved in there)
Keith: Jake Gylenhaal
Brenda: Jenny McCarthy (sans “VACCINES ARE THE DEVILLLLLL” stuff she spouts now a days)
Steph: Sarah Michelle Gellar
And @trainorfax would be played by whoever they stuck in the cousin It costume for the Addams Family movies, but voiced by Sean Connery. :D
Is it weird I really don’t care to see anyone in concert? I’ve been to only one in my life, the broadway Beatles, when I was thirteen and although they were good… I just have no desire to mingle with a large crowd of strangers. (me and large crowds do not mix)
I may change my tune if The Lonely Island ever tours.

How many family members have died since you’ve been born?
GDI, I MESSED UP. Here’s my revised version:
Wow, this is a sad question.
But anyways, I’m sure there’s been quite a few I’m missing/not totally aware of, but by my count…twelve.
-a cousin killed in a snow mobile accident when I was three or four
-My great grandfather and great grandmother and a great great aunt that all died in an 18 month period or so when I was around 6-7 (all were elderly and sick and I think all of them had some sort of cancer at some point in their lives)
-Another great great aunt that died when I was maybe 11 or 12 (not sure how she died, probably just old age.)
-a great aunt that died when I was 16/17 (had heart surgery and something floated off into her brain during the surgery, causing her death. WTF do they call that? I can’t think right now.)
-my step grandfather who died of a heart attack in 2000
-my paternal grandmother who died of complications of a major stroke (and diabetes) in 2002
-my great aunt Lucy who died a few years back. (I can’t remember exactly, maybe 2004? 2005? Later?) I can’t remember how. She was really sick the last few years of her life.
-A cousin that died a few years ago that I don’t really remember because he moved to NYC when I was small. (Might of been sick with something?)
-My cousin Diane who died in December of 2004 after a five month battle with cancer (it had grown for two years without her knowing it. Started off in a lung and spread to a lot of her organs and lymph nodes)
-My uncle Jerry who died this past November related to a fall from Huntington’s disease (he was only 50)
Do you ever feel the need to do something spontaneous?
I get this image in my head that there’s gonna be a night when I go out, just for the hell of it, and it’ll turn into this great story to tell about me being such a great, spontaneous person. And it really, never ever does.
I looked up tickets for Pee Wee’s Playhouse, and the miser I am, couldn’t imagine shelling out 60 bucks for a show.
So I decided to go to a much cheaper (free) show in west hollywood, instead.
Let me first preface this with the fact that I was having a great time at home. There was nothing wrong with being at home, watching TV, hanging out, just being absolutely chill. In fact, when you factor in the rain outside, it being a Thursday (as in, still one day of work left) and the fact that I am constantly, depressingly broke, there is absolutely no reason why I needed to go out. I just felt like a slug sitting around home, and wanted to prove to myself that I’m not the silly little homebody I am.
So, I go out! It’s pouring on the 101, and everyone and their mother is out driving shitty. Lots of fun. Perhaps a story in itself there.
In any case, I go out, and all mighty heaven! There’s a parking spot! There’s a space. I’m so happy about this, I have a drink to celebrate. Cucumber Martini. Which I could easily make at home for cheap, costs me 17 bucks (with tip) I stand around watch a stand up show, enjoy parts of it, and leave.
Only to find a 45 dollar parking ticket on my car when I get out.
What the hell? How is it that i’m the only illegally parked car that gets ticketed? Go figure. Sad thing is, I didn’t even know I was illegally parked, so it’s not like a “oh, I risked it and I got caught” it’s a total “What the hell?” moment.
And then driving home, I add up my drink and my ticket and realize I could have gone to the Pee Wee Herman show for the same price.
D:
(Wasn’t some of the SNL gang at the Pee Wee show?)
